BARBECUE RIBS | |
Spare ribs, allow 1 lb. per person SAUCE: 1 sm. can frozen lemonade, thawed 1 c. Hickory Smoke barbecue sauce 1/2 c. brown sugar Cut spare ribs in serving pieces. Cover with water and simmer until almost tender. Drain and lay bone side down in 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour sauce over ribs and cover. Marinate overnight in refrigerator. Uncover and bake about 45 minutes in 375 degree oven, basting once or twice. |
