EASY NEW ENGLAND CLAM CHOWDER | |
1 c. onion, chopped 2 carrots, sliced thin 1 stalk celery 1/4 c. butter 1 (10 oz.) can clams with liquid 2 cans cream of potato soup 2 2/3 c. half and half Salt and pepper to taste Place onions, carrots and celery in 4 quart casserole. In microwave, full power 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook on full power for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally. |
