HOT CABBAGE SALAD 
1 lb. cabbage
2 onions, finely chopped
2 green peppers, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
1/4 stick butter
1/2 c. olive oil
Salt & pepper
4 oz. vinegar

Combine all ingredients and toss lightly. Place butter and olive oil in heavy skillet. Heat all vegetables. Cook 5 minutes. Toss; add salt, pepper and vinegar.
