LUAU RIBS 
2 (4 1/2 oz.) jars strained peaches (baby food)
1/3 c. catsup
1/3 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
4 lb. meaty spareribs

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. For sauce, mix all ingredients except ribs. Rub ribs on both sides with salt and pepper. Place meatside up in shallow foil- lined pan.

Bake 15 minutes at 450 degrees; spoon off fat; lower heat to 350 degrees. Pour sauce over ribs. Bake 1 1/2 hours more, or until tender, basting occasionally. To serve, remove meat and sauce to platter and enjoy.
