LUAU RIBS 
2 cans (4 1/2 oz.) cans Gerber's strained baby peaches
1/3 c. catsup
1/3 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. ginger
4 lbs. country style meaty pork ribs

Sauce: Mix all ingredients except ribs. Rub ribs with salt and pepper. Line baking dish with foil. Place ribs in lined dish.

Bake 15 minutes at 450 degrees. Spoon off fat. Pour sauce over ribs. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Baste during baking. Delicious.

Best ribs ever. I got this recipe in 1953. It origanly came from a Better Homes and Garden magazine. My son-in-law used it in his catering business. he changed the recipe using canned peaches. I made them tonite. They still taste good.
