LUAU SPARERIBS 
3 lbs. spareribs, cut in individual lengths
2 tbsp. water

BASTING SAUCE:

1 can (6 oz.) frozen orange juice
2 tbsp. water
1/3 c. honey
Dash salt and pepper
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 tbsp. Djjon mustard
2 green onions, sliced

Place ribs in baking pan meaty side up. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoon water. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes. Drain excess fat.

Prepare basting sauce: in a sauce pan, combine orange juice, water, brown sugar, viengar, honey, mustarc, salt and pepper. heat. Simmer for 4 to 5 minutes. Pour over ribs. Reduce heat to 350 degrees. Bake for 45 minutes, basting with sauce every 15 minutes. For a more glazed look, broil ribs for a few minutes, if desired. Sprinkle with green onions. Garnish with watercress and orange slices.
