CHEESE CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
4 chicken breasts, cooked & sliced
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli or asparagus, cooked & drained well

Make a white sauce with butter, flour, milk and seasonings. Add 1 1/3 cup cheese; stir until melted. Arrange broccoli and chicken in 11"x7" baking dish. Top with white sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until hot. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and almonds. Serves 6 to 8.
