THREE CHEESE CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide lasagna noodles, cooked
1/2 c. cottage cheese
3 c. sliced cooked chicken (cook chicken, drain and rinse in cold water)
2 c. shredded processed American cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese (may use Mozzarella or sharp cheddar)

MUSHROOM SAUCE:

1/2 c. diced onion
1/2 c. green pepper
3 tbsp. butter (cook onion and pepper in butter)
1 can condensed chicken soup
1/4 c. milk
1 (6 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained

In large baking dish, place a layer of noodles, layer sauce, cottage cheese, chicken and cheese; then repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
