CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
Chicken breast
Ham
Monterey Jack cheese
Butter
Garlic powder
Parsley
Flour
Bread crumbs
Egg

Debone the chicken breast. Pound the chicken breast with wooden hammer until pliable (and cut in half if large). Spread breast with mixture of garlic powder, butter and parsley. Top with 3 thin slices of ham 1 x 2 inch chunk of cheese. Roll up the chicken breast so that the ham and cheese are tucked inside unexposed.

Dip in flour and coat, then beaten egg, and finally bread crumbs. Deep fry until golden brown. Bake in oven 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
