CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
Chicken breasts, boneless
Mozzarella
Ham, thinly sliced
Flour
Egg
Bread crumbs
Butter
1 tbsp. marjoram
2 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. thyme
Salt & pepper
1/2 c. white wine

Pound chicken breasts thin. Put thin slice of ham on top, shredded Mozzarella and roll up (secure with toothpick). Dip in flour and egg, then in bread crumbs to coat. Place in Pyrex. Melt 1 stick of butter and then add spices to melted butter. Pour over chicken. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees (do not cover). Pour wine over and bake 30 minutes more.
