BEEF CURRY 
1 lb. lowfat ground beef
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 clove crushed garlic
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 can "Healthy Request" cream of mushroom soup
2/3 c. skim milk
Cooked rice

Brown ground beef and drain. Add onion, garlic and curry powder. Cook for 2 minutes. Add soup and milk, mix thoroughly. Simmer for 30 minutes. Serve over rice. Yield: 4-6 servings.
