HAMBURGER CURRY 
2 lb. lean ground beef
1 med. onion
1 med. tomato
1 clove garlic
1 med. potato
1 lg. carrot
1/2 tsp. turmeric
2 tsp. coriander
2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. vinegar
Salt to taste
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles
3/4 c. frozen green peas
1 pkg. flour tortillas

Finely chop vegetables. Saute all ingredients except the peas and tortillas. Cook until beef is done.

Add frozen peas and simmer 10 minutes. Serve rolled in flour tortillas.
