SUNSHINE POTATO BALLS 
4 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
18 to 20 miniature marshmallows
3 c. Corn Flakes, crushed

Beat butter, milk, sugar, salt and pepper into potatoes; chill mixture well (overnight if possible). Form mixture into 2 inch balls with marshmallow in center; roll in Corn Flakes. Place in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees about 25 to 35 minutes. May be baked frozen about 45 minutes. Makes 18 to 20 balls.
