RAISIN APPLE BETTY 
4 apples, peeled, cored, thinly sliced
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 raisin bread slices, cut into cubes
1 pt. evaporated skim milk
2 med. eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. sugar
Cinnamon to taste

Combine apples and 2 teaspoons cinnamon. Place in dishes coated with cooking spray. Top with raisin bread. Combine next four ingredients; beat until blended. Pour over bread cubes. Sprinkle cinnamon over top to taste. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until set. Serve warm. Serving size: 1 cup. Serves 8.
