PUMPKIN BROWNIES 
1 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
3/4 c. pumpkin
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. instant potato flakes
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Sift dry ingredients together. Melt butter, stir in sugar, egg and pumpkin. Add dry ingredients and nuts. Mix well. Pour into 9 inch square pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
