CLAM CHOWDER SOUP 
1 sm. can minced clams, drained (save the liquid)
3 med. potatoes
1/4 c. onions, chopped
1 can evaporated milk
1 c. of milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. of water

Dice potatoes real small. Mix with water, clam juice and onions. Bring to boil and boil 20-25 minutes. Remove from fire - mash potatoes with fork or masher. Add clams and canned milk, cup of milk, salt and pepper. Heat to hot, DON'T BOIL. Add 2 tablespoons of butter. Serves 4.
