BRUNCH EGGS | |
1 box seasoned croutons 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated 1 lb. spicy bulk sausage or bacon, chopped 1 doz. eggs 1 c. milk 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1 can drained, sliced mushrooms 9 x 13 inch pan Saute and drain sausage or bacon; line pan with croutons; layer cheese. In blender, mix eggs, seasonings and milk. Pour over pan ingredients. Sprinkle sausage/or bacon on top of cheese; cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until hardened thick. Also can be frozen and then just bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. |
