OUT OF THIS WORLD CREAM CHEESE
POUND CAKE
 
3 sticks butter
3 c. powdered sugar, sifted
6 eggs
1 tsp. almond flavoring
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. plain flour, sifted

Cream butter and cream cheese; blend in sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, stirring after each. Add flavoring and flour. Beat until smooth but do not overbeat. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until cake tests done.
