CHICKEN PARMESAN 
1 c. plain flour
1 tsp. garlic salt
Dash pepper
8 boneless chicken breast halves
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
4 tbsp. olive oil
8 thin slices Mozzarella cheese
42 oz. commercial spaghetti sauce
1 c. water
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Combine flour, garlic salt and pepper; coat chicken. Mix bread crumbs, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and oregano. Dip chicken breasts in crumb mixture. Brown chicken slowly in hot oil. Remove chicken breasts to baking dish. Place slice of Mozzarella cheese on each chicken breast. Mix spaghetti sauce with water and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove chicken to serving platter; spoon extra sauce over chicken.
