MARY WARNER CHICKEN SCALLOP HOT
DISH
 
5 eggs, beaten
2 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. milk
3 heaping c. chicken, cooked and cubed
1 heaping c. of celery, cut up
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) pkg. seasoned bread crumbs

Mix all ingredients and spread in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. To serve, cut in squares and top with sauce.

SAUCE:

1 (10 1/2 oz.) can mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1 c. commercial sour cream

Mix soup, milk, and pimento. Place over low heat and stir sour cream in slowly. When heated, serve over baked, scalloped squares.
