BAKED CHICKEN SPECIAL 
6 whole chicken breasts, split & boned
2 c. commercial sour cream
1/4 c. lemon juice
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tsp. celery salt
2 tsp. paprika
4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. shortening, melted

Rinse chicken and pat dry. Combine sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, paprika, salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl; stir well. Add chicken, coating well; cover and chill 8 to 10 hours or overnight. Remove chicken from mixture; coat evenly with bread crumbs and place in a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Combine butter and shortening; spoon 1/2 cup over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Spoon remaining butter mixture over chicken, and bake an additional 15 minutes or until browned. Yield: 12 servings.
