BAKED APPLE AND CARROTS
CASSEROLE
 
6 tart apples, cored, peeled & thinly sliced
2 c. cooked, yet crunchy, carrot slices
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. orange juice
1/3 c. brown sugar
Salt to taste

Mix sugar, flour and salt together in bowl. Place apples in greased 2 quart baking dish. Cover with half the carrots. Sprinkle sugar mixture over top. Layer apples and carrots and sprinkle again with sugar mixture. Pour orange juice over everything. Bake covered 30 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
