MARINATED CHICKEN 
4 chicken leg quarters

MARINADE:

1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1/4 c. white wine
1/4 c. oil
2 cloves garlic

Mix in blender. This is enough for 4 chicken quarters. Cut chicken quarters (separating leg and thigh). Place in shallow pan. Pour marinade over chicken and refrigerate 24 hours. Bake in same pan, 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees, uncovered. (If it gets too brown, lay foil over it last 1/2 hour.) Can also be used on 24 chicken wings for appetizer. Marinate wings just overnight.
