FRUIT PIZZA 
CRUST:

3/4 c. butter, softened
1/3 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. flour

Mix ingredients together and pat into jelly roll pan. Bake crust ingredients at 350 degrees until brown. Cool.

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix ingredients and spread on cooled crust.

FRUIT TOPPING:

Slice and arrange various fruits on cream cheese filling (strawberries, apples, peaches, kiwi, grapes, bananas, etc.)

GLAZE:

Cook following ingredients until thick. Cool completely. Pour over fruit making sure to cover ALL fruit.

2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. apple juice
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
