GARLIC PARMESAN POTATOES 
6 unpeeled Idaho baking potatoes
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika

Cut unpeeled potatoes lengthwise into large strips (like fat French fries) (in fourth, fifth and sixths depending on size of potato). Stir other ingredients together and dip each potato strip into mixture.

Spray cookie sheet (with sides) with Pam spray. Bake at 375 degrees until potatoes are soft or approximately 40 minutes. Great with grilled meats or fish.
