PARMESAN ROASTED POTATOES 
1 stick butter
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
6 medium potatoes
1 c. fine bread crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Seasoned salt and pepper

Boil potatoes with skins for 5 minutes. Remove from water; cut into quarters lengthwise. Mix bread crumbs and cheese. Melt butter and garlic powder. Roll in butter and crumbs. Bake in casserole pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
