PARMESAN POTATOES 
6 lg. potatoes, cut lengthwise into lg. Ranch fries
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. melted butter in 9x13 inch pan

Mix dry ingredients into plastic bag. Wet potatoes and shake in bag to coat. Place in a 9x13 inch pan with 1/3 cup butter, melted. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour, turning halfway through.
