PEACHES & CREAM CAKE 
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 sm. pkg. vanilla pudding, NOT INSTANT
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. melted butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 (16 oz.) can peaches
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. peach juice

Combine flour, pudding and baking powder. Mix in butter, milk and egg. Pour into 8 x 8 inch greased pan. Drain and chop peaches. Put peaches on top of batter. Cream softened cheese with sugar. Add 1/3 cup peach juice. Pour on top of peaches. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon on top of all. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.

Can be doubled in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 50 minutes. TIP: Be sure to spread cream cheese mixture to seal to side of pan. This is an outstanding dessert!
