PEACHES 'N CREAM CHEESECAKE | |
3/4 c. flour 1 sm. pkg. reg. vanilla pudding mix 1 tsp. baking powder 1/8 tsp. salt 1 egg, beaten 1/2 c. milk 3 tbsp. butter, softened 1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/2 c. granulated sugar Combine flour, pudding mix, baking powder, salt, egg, milk, and butter. Beat on high for 2 minutes. Pour into greased 10 inch deep dish pie plate. Drain peaches, while reserving liquid. Arrange peach slices on batter. Combine cream cheese, sugar, and 3 tablespoons of reserved liquid. Beat at medium speed for 2 to 3 minutes until smooth. Carefully spread atop peaches to within 1 inch of pie plate edge. Stir 1 tablespoon granulated sugar with 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Sprinkle over cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until bottom and sides are golden brown. Cool. Served warmed or chilled. |
