PEACH - N - CREAM CHEESE CAKE 
8 oz. cream cheese
1 can peaches (save 5 tbsp. peach juice)
1/2 c. sugar

BATTER:

3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 1/2 oz. pkg. dry vanilla pudding (not instant)
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 egg
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk

Beat batter. Place in 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Slice peache sand place them over batter. Mix in bowl cream cheese, sugar and 5 tablespoons peach juice. Spoon mixture onto peaches to 1 inch of edge of batter. Mix together 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Done when slight shake in the middle. Delicious served warm!
