PIZZA HAMBURGER 
1/2 lb. hamburger
Your favorite pizza dough
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. instant minced garlic
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 med. onion, chopped (about 1/2 c.)
1/2 sm. chopped green pepper
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (8 oz.)

Brown hamburger to light brown; drain. Set aside. Prepare pizza dough. Mix tomato sauce, oregano, salt, garlic and pepper. Divide dough into halves. Pat each half into 11-inch circle on lightly greased cookie sheet with floured fingers. Spread sauce over circles. Sprinkle with other ingredients. Cook in 425 degree oven until done, about 20-25 minutes. Once you have made the dough and sauce, other items may be added or substituted per your choice of topping.
