2 c. sugar
2 c. water
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. Crisco
1 c. raisins
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients except flour, soda and salt in a 2 quart saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and let cool. Combine flour, soda and salt and add to mixture. Pour into 3 small greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
