BUTTER PECAN ELEGANCE 
1/2 c. mashed bananas
1 pkg. yellow cake mix (2 layer size)
1 pkg. butter pecan instant pudding (4 serving size)
4 eggs
1 c. water
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Blend well, then beat at medium speed of electric mixer for 4 minutes. Pour into a greased and floured 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes, or until tester inserted in center comes out clean and cake begins to pull away from sides of pan. Do not underbake. Cool in pan for 15 minutes, remove from pan and finish cooling on rack. Top with powdered sugar glaze, banana slices and pecan halves if desired.
