1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. melted butter
2 eggs
1 c. chocolate chips
14 oz. can condensed milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 can Pillsbury coconut pecan frosting

Mix first 4 ingredients by hand. Press 2/3 of dough in ungreased 9"x13" pan.

In saucepan melt chocolate chips, condensed milk and butter. Remove from heat and add frosting mix. Pour over dough. Crumble remaining dough over filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool.
