CHICKEN MILANO 
3 tbsp. oil
4 boneless chicken breasts, cut up
1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
2 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes (I used stewed tomatoes)
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, optional
Rice or noodles

In large skillet over medium-high heat in 3 tablespoons hot oil, brown chicken breasts. Stir in spaghetti sauce mix, tomatoes and mushrooms. Simmer covered, stirring occasionally, about 40 minutes or until chicken is tender. If like, serve over buttered noodles or rice. Serves 4.
