CHILI RELLENOS 
2 sm. cans Ortega chilies
1 lb. Cheddar cheese
3 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. Bisquick

Flatten peppers in 9 x 9 baking dish. (Remove seed.) Grate cheese over peppers. Beat eggs, add milk, salt and Bisquick. Pour over chilies. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
