BETTY'S CHICKEN 
2-3 lb. boneless chicken breast
1 egg, beaten with 1/2 c. milk
3-4 c. flour
Salt and pepper to taste
Creole seasoning for spicy taste (optional)

Dip chicken into egg mixture then coat with flour. Place in deep fryer. Cook until golden brown. To keep chicken moist, place inside crock pot set at low until time to serve.
