BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. crumbled blue cheese
1 c. milk
2 pkg. frozen broccoli (cook & drain)

Melt butter in saucepan, blend in flour and cheeses. Add milk. Cook and stir until mixture boils. Stir in broccoli. Place in a 1 quart casserole. Top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
