PASTA PRIMAVERA 
VEGETABLES:

1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 clove garlic, split
1 zucchini, sliced 1/4" thick
1/2 lb. broccoli, cut into 1/4"
1/2 red pepper, cut into 1/4"
1/2 lb. snow pea pods with ends trimmed
2 tomatoes, peeled & chopped

SAUCE:

1/2 c. butter
1 c. half and half
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. salt & pepper

Cook 1 pound pasta and drain.

In 1 tablespoon butter and oil in large skillet, stir fry veggies until just crisp. Do not over cook. Discard garlic.

Make Sauce: Heat butter and half and half until butter is melted. Remove from heat and add 3/4 cup cheese and salt and pepper.

Toss pasta with sauce. Serve with veggies on top. Arrange tomatoes around edges. We also stir fry shrimp with veggies for a treat.
