EATING SMART PASTA PRIMAVERA 
1 (1 lb.) box linguine or fettuccine, cooked
1 c. broccoli florets
1 c. brussels sprouts
1 c. green pepper
1 c. string beans

FOR SAUCE:

1 (2 lb.) can tomatoes
1 onion
Parmesan cheese

Steam vegetables in small amount of water for 3 minutes. Prepare sauce: combine tomatoes and onion in blender. Blend well and heat. Combine pasta and vegetables. Top with sauce. Garnish with cheese. Serves 4. 340 calories per serving.
