POOR MAN'S SEAFOOD PRIMAVERA 
2 c. milk
2 tsp. chicken instant bouillon
2 (16 oz.) pkgs. frozen vegetables and pasta in Parmesan sauce
2 tsp. cornstarch
16 oz. imitation crabmeat
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese

In large skillet over medium high heat, heat milk, bouillon and vegetables and pasta to boiling, stirring frequently.

In cup, mix cornstarch and 1/4 cup water. Stir cornstarch mixture into vegetable mixture; heat to boiling; boil 1 minute. Stir in imitation crabmeat and Parmesan cheese, heat through. (Leftovers are good cold, too!) Serves 6.
