PASTA PRIMAVERA 
1 lb. linguine or spaghetti
1 c. sliced carrots
4 oz. green beans
2 c. broccoli florets
1 medium zucchini
1 green pepper
12 oz. medium shrimp

Sauce:

3/4 c. half and half
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
3/4 c. chicken broth
1/2 tsp. salt

Cook pasta in a rapid boil 5 minutes. Add next 3 ingredients; boil 4 minutes. Add zucchini and pepper; boil 2 minutes longer. Add shrimp and boil 1 minute. Drain and set aside.

Put sauce ingredients in pot and bring to simmer, stirring constantly. Simmer 2 minutes until slightly thickened. Return pasta and vegetables to pot and reduce heat to low. Toss until pasta and vegetables are heated through and lightly coated.
