CHEESE MEATLOAF | |
8 lb. lean ground beef 2-1/2 qt. Corn Flakes 8 eggs, slightly beaten 2 tsp. poultry seasoning 4 lb. shredded cheddar cheese 4 c. beef broth 2 tsp. dry mustard Salt and pepper to taste Combine all ingredients. Divide into two 12 x 20 x 2 stainless pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/4 hours, or until done. Cut into squares for serving. Makes 48 servings. |
