CHEESE FILLED MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
3/4 c. quick oats
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. Accent
1 (6 oz.) Cheddar cheese, grated

Combine all ingredients, except cheese; mix well. Divide meat into thirds. Put 1/3 meat in bottom of loaf pan. Cover with half the cheese. Repeat layers, ending with meat.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
