OVEN HASH BROWNS 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns, thawed
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. sharp cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients together. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with 1/4 cup butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
