OVEN HASH BROWNS 
2 lbs. hash browns, frozen
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. shredded cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. onion powder or onion pieces

Layer in 9"x13" baking dish, top with crackers or cereal crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
