ITALIAN VEGETABLES 
16 oz. frozen vegetables
1 c. Ragu (any style)
4 oz. ground turkey or lean beef
Garlic powder
Basil
Italian seasoning
Ground red pepper
Parmesan cheese (optional)

Steam vegetables about 10 minutes or cook in microwave about 8 minutes. In a small saucepan, brown ground meat. Add Ragu and seasonings; simmer for 10 minutes. Divide vegetables on 2 plates. Pour Ragu over vegetables. Top with Parmesan cheese.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
