EZ BUTTERSCOTCH BROWNIES 
1/2 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped walnuts

Melt butter in saucepan; stir in brown sugar until dissolved. Cool. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together, add nuts. Pour batter into well greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into bars, enjoy.
