4 chicken breasts, boned and split in half Arrange chicken in baking dish. Put slice of Swiss cheese on each piece. Mix 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1/4 cup dry white wine. Spoon mixture over chicken. Coarsely crush 2 cups seasoned stuffing mix (in bags) and sprinkle over top. Drizzle 1/2 cup melted butter over top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes or until tender. |
