KAHLUA CHEESECAKE 
16 graham crackers, crushed
1/2 c. butter, melted
Pinch of cinnamon

Combine cracker crumbs and melted butter. Line bottom and sides of 9-inch springform pan with crumb mixture.

FILLING:

3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 pt. sour cream
1 1/2 c. sugar
5 eggs
1/4 c. Kahlua coffee liqueur
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream and blend well. Add sugar and blend well. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in Kahlua and vanilla. Pour over crumbs and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
